TrippyWay provides the following services:

• Group Tours: College groups, office teams, backpacker groups, and curated community trips
• Trekking & Adventure Travel: Himalayan treks, weekend treks near Delhi, Rishikesh adventure, Manali–Kasol circuits
• Religious & Cultural Tourism: Kumbh Mela experiences, Haridwar, Rishikesh spiritual experiences, temple trails
• Budget and Premium Custom Trips: Personalized itineraries created using AI and human travel experts
• Trip Planning and Booking: Customized trip planning based on budget, trip style, destinations, group size, interests, and weather/season

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of TrippyWay, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Booking and Payment Terms

When booking trips through TrippyWay:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our partners
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
• Payment must be made in full or as per the payment schedule specified during booking
• We accept payments through various methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets
• Booking confirmations will be sent via email and SMS

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by trip type and partner:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted through your TrippyWay account or by contacting our support team
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy of the specific trip booked
• Processing fees may apply to cancellations
• No-show bookings are non-refundable

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our partners
• Use automated systems to access the platform without permission

TrippyWay works with various third-party service providers including:

• Local travel partners and tour operators
• Transport vendors and vehicle providers
• Trek guides and adventure activity providers

• TrippyWay acts as an intermediary platform connecting travelers with service providers
• We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience arising from your travel or use of third-party services
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of trip descriptions, pricing, or availability
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question

All content on TrippyWay, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TrippyWay or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Modifications to Terms
